Minutes of the Annual General Meeting at Bedhampton Bowling Club

3. Matters Arising from the previous Minutes

Gill said she gave Neil Blacklin a card and two bottles of wine as a thank you for running the league.

4. Secretary`s Report

4.1 Trophies: The winner`s trophy had not been obtained for engraving.

6.2.2 Date of presentation: 30th September 2023 at Hayling Island (2022 winners).

7. Any Other Business

7.1 Gill thanked Leigh Park for hosting the AGM.

7.2 The Representatives were in favour of holding future Reflex AGMs at Leigh Park.
