Minutes of the Annual General Meeting at Bedhampton Bowling Club

on Monday 10th February 2025

President Peter opened the meeting and thanked the representatives for attending.

2. Minutes of the meeting held on 12th February 2024

The Minutes were accepted as a true record.

Proposed by David Johns (Hayling Island)

3. Matters Arising from the previous Minutes

There were no matters arising.

4. Secretary`s Report

4.1 Gill thanked Leigh Park for hosting the meeting and asked for it to be available in 2026.

4.2 Presentation: It was unfortunate bad weather caused the 2024 Presentation to be

cancelled.

4.3 Finances: As the account had 39.20 cash in hand it was decided not to collect the 5

affiliation fee. The cost of the 40th anniversary celebrations will be augmented by

all participants contributing 1.

4.4 40th Anniversary: David Johns (Hayling Island) has booked Thursday 25th September 2025

for the 40th celebrations and presentation. Clubs will be invited to enter 6 players.

4.5 The cut off date for matches is the 15th September 2025.

5. Election of Officers

The re-election of Peter Robinson (Leigh Park) and Gill May (Purbrook Heath) as Chairman and

Secretary respectively was unanimously agreed.
